RCRA Regulatory & Permitting Bernadette Johnson, P.E. Ms. Johnson is a chemical engineer with experience in both the private sector and the state regulatory community. Her past employment by the TWC as an engineer with responsibilities in RCRA permit writing and RCRA inspection of operating facilities enables her to provide concise evaluation of facility compliance and rapid assessment of facilities' adherence to regulatory standards.
As the lead regulatory compliance and permitting engineer on numerous project teams, Ms. Johnson has been involved in reviewing the regulatory aspects of projects performed under various contracts, as well as serving as lead engineer on issues involving permitting and waste characterization/management.
