After 20 years in petrochemical operations, administration and regulatory affairs, Peyton entered the environmental/hazardous waste business in 1991. A chemical engineer, Peyton currently consults with clients in the petrochemical industry in such diverse areas as BIF compliance, material handling plans, and plant operations.

Working with legislators and stakeholders to obtain a permit to build the largest petrochemical plant on the Texas Gulf Coast in 25 years without a public hearing
From 1991 to 1997, Peyton held positions with some of the nation's largest environmental firms:
Regional Sales and Marketing and Operations Manager for OHM Corporation;
Vice President of Operations for Southdown Environmental Services;
Vice President of Rollins Environmental;
President of Rollins Chempak; and
President of Rollins Environmental Services
In these positions he:
Developed business in Taiwan, Korea and Venezuela.
Operated a nationwide labpak and environmental services group that attained a four-year record of no lost-time accidents.
Created on-site waste management program for chemical plants and refineries.
Developed and implemented environmental sales training programs
Grew environmental services business more than 25 percent annually.
Elected president of the Chemical Industry Council of Delaware
Peyton holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and has more than 35 years of successful performance in petrochemical operations, health & safety, and environmental problem solving.
